📦 Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. and select international locations. All orders are processed and shipped from our studio within 2–4 business days, excluding holidays.

Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive tracking information via email. Please note that shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays.

Domestic Shipping:
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days (available at checkout)

International Shipping:
• Shipping rates calculated at checkout
• Customer is responsible for duties and taxes

🌿 Returns & Exchanges

Wildsett products are made in small, intentional batches using natural ingredients. For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

That said, we want you to feel good in your ritual. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a fulfillment error, please email us at info@wildsett.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.
